Our Bow Classic will consist of 20 teams. Each team will have two hunters. Our first rounds will take place on September 8th-11th, 2023 & September 14th-17th. 2023. We will have 10 teams for each of the first rounds. 10 teams on September 8th-11th, 2032 & 10 teams on September 14th-17th, 2022.
On the first day teams will need to arrive by 8AM. Each ream will receive a designated area to hunt for the next three days. Teams are allowed to scout their area on the first day of their scheduled hunt. Teams must provide their own blinds, climbers, and tree stands. However, there may be some tree stands and shooting houses already in place that can be used. Teams will randomly pick their designated areas on day of arrival.
The two top teams from each week will return September 28th- October 1st, 2023 to compete in our Finals. The same schedule will apply.
Each team will be allowed to harvest 2 bucks and 2 does. Bucks must have a 15-inch minimum spread or weight minimum 150 pounds. Does must weigh 70 pounds minimum.

Doe- 50 points
Doe weight- 1 point/ per pound (70lbs.=70 points)
Bucks- 50 points
Buck BTR Score- 1 point/ per inch (130inchs=130 points)
Buck weight= 1 point/ per pound (150lbs. =150 points)
Hogs- 50 points Hogs- 1 point/ per pound (50lbs. =50 points)
Coyotes- 25 points per harvest coyote
Video footage- 25 point deduction for no video footage of harvest
Meals & Lodging- Meals, non-alcoholic drinks, and lodging is included. Dinner will be provided on day of arrival.
Big Buck Contest- Entrance to win the big buck contest is an additional $50 per team. The team with the highest point value of a single buck during the tournament will receive all Big Buck Contest funds.
Additional Activities- There will also be other activities available during the tournament such as archery shooting, corn hole, and other games. Winner for each activity will earn additional points toward their overall score.
Payment/Final Payment/Paperwork- A 50% deposit is due upon booking your hunt and your remaining balance will be due upon time of arrival. A signed waiver, a signed liability form, tournament rules, a signed rules and regulations, completed credit card form and emergency contact is required
All hunts are nontransferable. All deposits are nonrefundable. Final payment will be collected at time of arrival prior to any hunting activities. Please bring cash for final payment.
Hunting licenses can be purchased online, or on your smart phone app store. Each hunter must purchase their license prior to hunting. (*app recommended
Hunts must be cancelled 30 days prior to scheduled hunt date or the remaining balance must be paid. The numbers of hunters scheduled in a group hunt must show up for the hunt or their deposits are forfeited. Their deposit can not be transferred to another hunter in the group.
Additional nonhunter guest fee is $150 per day if lodging is available
