Together they make a great team and have built a thriving operation that expresses their love for the outdoors and commitment to making memories that last a lifetime. Their three young children are also passionate hunters and they love to visit as often as they can, furthering the family tradition.

With over 38 years of hunting knowledge and experience, Pete takes the word “expert” to a whole new level. He uses a combination of skills to identify the best hunting spots and is especially known for his expertise on animal behavior, hunting locations, and weather patterns. Pete is passionate about guiding his hunts and taking hunters under his wing to teach them exactly how to predict animal behavior for optimal success. He also places a huge emphasis on gun safety and takes rigorous precautions for each hunt including pre-hunt meetings and detailed protocols.

Every legendary hunting camp wouldn’t be complete without delicious food, and Pete doesn’t disappoint. It’s only natural that a southern hunting camp founded in traditional values serves top notch southern style homecooked meals. After a long day of hunting Pete trades his rifle in for an apron and becomes a 5 star chef, specializing in quality ingredients and making things from scratch. Some of his favorite recipes include blackened fish with crawfish gravy, bacon wrapped venison, jambalaya, and gator sausage with peppers and onions. His unique blend of cajun flavors combined with high quality meat creates mouth watering plates that will have you requesting seconds. Guests constantly rave about the camp's meals and Pete humorously claims that most will gain 10-12 pounds during their stay!
